How to get Rawdah Permit on NUSUK App?

Aslamo Alikum,
I am trying to secure a Rawdah permit through the NUSUK app, but appointments are not currently showing. Does anyone have tips or guidance on how to get a permit? Is there a specific time to check or an alternative method? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

  1. To secure a Rawdah permit through the NUSUK app, remember that slots are released every Friday and are available for the upcoming seven days. It’s best to check the app early on Friday to increase your chances. If you’re already in Saudi Arabia, try again after you arrive, as the app sometimes prioritizes users near the location. If no slots appear, keep refreshing the app throughout the day since cancellations or new openings can pop up. Lastly, if you’re unable to book through the app, try visiting the Prophet’s Mosque directly and ask the staff or volunteers for assistance, they may guide you based on availability. Stay persistent, and insha’Allah, you’ll secure your permit! Please also remember me in your prayers.
