I will recommend you to buy a local sim in Saudi Arabia. They are cheaper and give you more freedom. Pakistani sims are not reliable in Saudia and you will waste your money. Also buy from the official booths of the SIM providers upon arriving in Saudia instead of buying from the random sellers.
