I’m an overseas Pakistani planning for Umrah and recently applied for a passport renewal on the DGIP online portal. It’s been a month, and my passport status shows “Completed,” but I haven’t received it yet. Could anyone guide me on how to track the delivery or find out when I will receive my passport?

Wait a Little Longer:
After the status changes to “Completed,” it usually takes around a week or more for the passport to be dispatched and handed over to the courier.
Track on UPS Pakistan Portal:
Once the passport office hands over your passport for delivery, you can track it on the UPS Pakistan Tracking Portal. Use your tracking ID as a reference number to check the delivery status.
File a Complaint:
If there’s a significant delay, you can submit a complaint on the Pakistan Citizen Portal. Mention the delay and provide your application details for quicker resolution.
