I noticed that in the Nusuk app, you can configure and add Hajj packages to your cart, but you cannot purchase Hajj packages at the moment. Does anyone know the reason for this restriction? If you have any information regarding this issue, please share.

The reason you can configure and add Hajj packages to your cart in the Nusuk app but cannot purchase Hajj packages at the moment is that sales are currently paused for your country. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, along with Nusuk, has not yet announced the official date and time for Phase 3 sales.
Once the official announcement is made, Insha Allah, you will be able to proceed with the checkout and complete your booking. Keep an eye on Nusuk’s official updates for any new information.
